Congrats Karen. It's a great start.
I have a recommendation for you though - That might save you a few headaches -
Remove the text references to your actual e-mail addresses. Change them from whatever@mymail.com to "whatever (at) mymail (dot) com".
There are thousands of bots out there scanning the web to scoop up all posted e-mail addresses and adding them to their spam databases. I have a few e-mail addresses that receive upwards of 50 spam e-mails per day as a result of unknowingly publishing them directly on a web page.
Keep up the good work, and let us know if there's anything we can contribute.

50?! I normally get 250-500 a day, with some days surging to more than 1,000 in a single day!
But I use SpamCop filtering and fewer than 20-30 get through into my inbox (thank god!). |

See now when my spam gets that high, I just create a new e-mail address. I own about a half-dozen or so different domains, and alternate through various addresses in those domains. (That was why I changed from "admin@CJ" to "administrator@cj" about a year ago.) If I find that whatever current address ends up on too many lists, I just drop the old address, make a new one, and re-post it wherever people go to contact me.
I find that SpamCop is good - I use it to flag my spam, but I can't auto-delete the flagged mail because there are still way too many false positives. I average 2-4 false positives in every 20 or so spams, so I always have to scan through the spams before zapping them. I don't mind, I'm so used to doing it now, I can always recognize the genuine ones by the subject & sender details so it only takes a second or two extra, even for 100 or more spams.

Today I was fiddling with stuff I'd found on different html code sites Mr. Google found me, and look what I did;

I'd like spam better if they reduced the sodium content a little more...
It takes a while to start attracting attention to your site, Lady K, I went on a rather aggressive forum posting bonanza to get traffic to my facts only site, at the expense of becoming a troll target. But it was worth it to me. Also, don't forget to put up METATAGS as well, I just now put them up. You'd think after 3 months I'd learn how to work my simple site builder software. Oh well. Anyways I've managed to get about a thousand visitors a month now, not bad for such a plain-jane site eh? But you know K, more than a few will STILL find my site by accident. Keep up what you're doing, these websites are a pain to design. Personally I make my site as plain as possible to load it up quicker

Btw I have ventured over there and it's a good start.I haven't messed around with site building for ages but was really into it a long time ago.I created several just for practice.You'll sort it all out through trial and error.
