What other devastation results from PJ’s work?

Promotes Criminal Behavior:
The actions of perverted-justice.com foster an atmosphere of vigilantism including many illegal activities. Some of these activities include inter-state harassing phone calls (a federal offense), harassment, personal threats of grievous harm, threat of and/or actual property damage, sending lewd and threatening emails, faxes, text messages, flyers etc.

This illegal behavior does not stop with the “bust”, but also includes all of the above against the spouses, children, relatives, neighbors, friends, employers, and coworkers of the “busted”. The Perverted-justice.com contributors and followers are encouraged by perverted-justice.com to wantonly violate the sanctity of an individual’s privacy, whether at the workplace or at home, and wantonly violate state and Federal law.

Someone’s appearance of wanting to chat with or talk about meeting with a minor is systematically escalated into the person being accused of being an actual child molester or child raper, a pedophile, child abductor and child murderer, which all can fall under the defamation and slander laws.

There are many sections under different laws which perverted-justice.com continuously break, including the Child Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Recent evidence has come to light which verified that the owner of perverted-justice.com had a 16 year old girl doing hardcore sex chats with adult men in their 20’s and 30’s for the sake of “busting” them. That may be a clear violation of child exploitation laws.

Furthermore, individuals from perverted-justice.com have stolen and used other's identities in order to defame them and in order to gain unauthorized access to the servers at Corrupted-Justice.com. They have hacked into our site at least four times, and continue to do all they can do (including violating State and Federal law) to attempt to stop us from making the public aware of the truth about their behaviors and activities.

People in need of counseling use Perverted-justice as a place to hide:

Many of the perverted-justice.com contributors are survivors of childhood sexual abuse, and use this “cause” to project their anger and pain onto others. This is also a place in which those with pedophilic leanings can project their own leanings, while deflecting guilt by feigning outrage during their “hunts”. Those who suffered from childhood sexual abuse tend to have self esteem issues, and perverted-justice.com is a haven for those with low self esteem to build up their own self esteem by tearing down others. Many of the top perverted-justice “staff” as well as the contributors have serious psychological issues which they have likely never adequately addressed. They use this “cause” to ease their pain, by hiding behind a cloak of a “cause”. They think that doing such vicious things to others will somehow make their own abusers pay for what they have done, or at least ease the pain which they themselves feel.

Real Predators Become Better Predators, and Real Offenders Avoid Prosecution:

Real predators who visit perverted-justice.com will learn from what they see, and realize the “lingo” and techniques that the perverted-justice.com “baiters” use to entrap their “busts”. This allows real predators to be a little more cautious when preying on minors, but in no way deters them from doing the preying.

It is also a known fact that once a “bust” is posted, and the harassment and stalking begins, he is compelled to clean out his computer of any evidence that may be stored on the computer (including child pornography, or other legitimate crime evidence) – this has been documented in actual news articles in which a “bust” was not reported to authorities by PJ, but his employer was instead harassed by those at perverted-justice.com. Finally the employer contacted law enforcement. Due to those at perverted-justice.com also harassing the “bust” he was made aware of what was happening in advance and destroyed all evidence of his crimes pertaining to the “bust”. By not contacting authorities they are giving actual predators the time to destroy evidence, and thus defeating their stated purpose.

Textual “Pornography” Graphic Images available To Minors:

The perverted-justice.com is not “adult-checked”, and minors can and do freely join. This violates the Child Online Privacy Protection Act, and does not have any special consideration for anyone under the age of thirteen who joins not just the main site, but their forums as well. The “chat logs” on their main site contain graphic sexual descriptions and is not seen as appropriate for minors to view (according to US laws and standards). Their site and their forums system expose juveniles to lewd, sexually explicit written material and to links of explicit web cam screen shots. The very people that perverted-justice.com claims to want to protect from seeing such chats from predators are allowed to view them, as perverted-justice.com posts these chats clearly on their site for any and all minors to view. Perverted-justice.com masquerades as a “protection” instrument for children, while paradoxically exposing minors to harmful material.

Textual “Pornography” available To Actual Pedophiles:

The perverted-justice.com website is a treasure trove of sexually explicit adult/minor sex scenarios for actual pedophiles (and those who are into those fantasies) to read for arousal. Further, the chat logs are portrayed as real, which serves to heighten their effectiveness beyond mere fantasy stories.

Perverts Contact List:

The perverted-justice.com site provides a forum/network to those who DO get into adult/minor contact to contact others who have the same desires. The perverted-justice.com archive is a convenient list of phone numbers and addresses, which could be used as a handy directory of contact information for actual offenders to use as an attempt to contact others who like what they are interested in.

Endangering Real Children in Real Neighborhoods:

By posting the listings of all neighbors and child daycare centers and schools in an area in which a “bust” lives, those at perverted-justice.com are making that information available to any person, including predators who use their site for the XXX-rated chats, to know exactly where to find REAL children. It needs to be stressed also, that in many instances, the “baiters” at perverted-justice.com have given REAL addresses in REAL neighborhoods, thousands of miles away from where the “baiter” actually is, to have these predators show up at. In one case, we actually have the address the “bust” was given, which was at a Memorial Park, which was located down the street from schools and daycare centers. In another case, there were huge protests from one neighborhood in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area in which a “media bust” was set up near a school.
