Corrupted-Justice.com a "Pro-Pedophile" Organization? In
virtually every recent diatribe written by Phillip Eide (Vigilante pseudonym:
"Xavier Von Erck"), the owner of the vigilante website perverted-justice.com,
he has made references to certain non-specific "pro-pedophile organizations"
that appear to be making inroads into thwarting his gang's vigilante methods.
Unfortunately, although he and his small, loosely-knit band of cyber-vigilantes
make constant reference to these shadowy groups, he has never actually identified
any of these groups by name, leaving most people to wonder just who these supposed
evil organizations are. In
reading many of his harangues, it is patently obvious that he is not referring
to us at Corrupted-Justice.com as anyone with even a shred of intellect
and 5 minutes to read our website would know beyond any question that our organization
is overtly and blatantly anti-pedophile. Our goal is to force, through legal means,
perverted-justice.com to either legitimize their operation or get out of the amateur
justice business altogether. In
what way must they "legitimize their operation"? - Rather than assisting
more than 98% of their targets in escaping real justice as they do today, they
must cease their vigilante ways and turn every single "bust"
over to real law enforcement officials for investigation and resolution. Those
which LE deem to be unworthy of their involvement due to typical slipshod PJ techniques
or for any other reason must be dropped. The primary vehicle for the gang's harassment
and terrorization, the "Follow-Up Forum", must be dismantled and done
away with completely. The few genuine predators that they unearth must have their
day in court, to face their accusers and receive a verdict of guilty based on
real evidence collected by qualified, trained law enforcement officials rather
than a gang of anonymous "cutters", abuse victims and sociopaths. Of
late, Eide has been attempting to boost his legitimacy by claiming responsibility
for "13 convictions". To the uninformed, this may appear to be something
worth crowing about, unless time is taken to actually investigate the facts. Let's
do the math: According
to their own numbers, as of June 6, 2005, they have "busted" 663 "wanabe
pedophiles". In addition to this number, there have been 181 "busts"
removed from the site due to not having been properly phone-verified, 62 removed
with the ousting of Frank Fencepost, plus 100 which were "lost due to not
being properly archived." 663 + 181 + 62 + 100 = 1006 "busts"
carried out by perverted-justice since their inception. This adds up to a
"conviction rate" of a mere 1.29%! In other words, for every
conviction for which they claim responsibility, 77 potential pedophiles
walked away without ever being investigated by law enforcement! Seventy-seven!
In the opinion of our members, this is a complete travesty! When the details of
their claimed convictions are investigated further, it turns out that only one
was actually convicted of soliciting a minor online, with the rest either plea-bargaining
to lesser charges, parole violations, child pornography, and a host of other charges
completely unrelated to the vigilante group's efforts. These facts bring their
actual effective conviction rate as of June 6, 2005 to .099%! Less than
one tenth of one percent! Even using the previous numbers, at least 993 people
whom perverted-justice deemed to be predators simply walked away to prey again. Corrupted-Justice.com
as an organization has earned and deserves any one of a number of "labels"
- "Pro-justice", "Pro-civil-rights", "Anti-vigilante",
"Pro-law-enforcement"... A quick look at the numbers above shows unquestionably
that there is certainly a "pro-pedophile organization" at work on the
Internet. Its name is perverted-justice.com. |
