Corrupted-Justice

On 4 separate occasions in 2004, the web servers hosting Corrupted-Justice.com were broken into (hacked), and sensitive information was stolen and posted publicly the following day by Phillip John Eide (A.K.A. "Xavier Von Erck") the senior member and owner of the vigilante website perverted-justice.com in Portland, Oregon. Other anti-PJ websites also suffered similar hacking attacks and theft, bragged about by Eide on his website.

Eide has made it VERY clear that his organization is very closely partnered with CPIU, a well known hacker organization formerly known as "Ledgends of Chaos". The group's senior members were also deeply involved in the "World Of Hell" hacking/defacement group. The senior CPIU members have been under federal investigation for some time for committing criminal acts of hacking, defacement, credit card fraud, theft, identity theft, and child pornography. Eide has stated unequivocally to a number of sources that he and another of his staff, Nicholas Wilkins ("Phoebus Apollo") are in daily contact with Seth Michael Pack ("MPack"), the senior member of the hacker group, as well as Rafael Nuñez ("Rafa"), one of the most notorious hackers belonging to CPIU. Nuñez was recently arrested by the FBI in Florida and is being placed on trial in Colorado.

Phillip Eide has publicly stated that CPIU and perverted-justice have a very strong "strategic partnership" and that they work very closely with the hacker gang in their daily business.

We have obtained the actual criminal complaint and criminal indictment documents from the District Court for the District of Colorado and now make them available as proof of Eide's criminal affiliations. While Phillip Eide and his "staff" go to extraordinary efforts to ensure the destruction of the lives of those who have not had the benefit of a trial, in the same breath he is supporting and collaborating with Rafael Nuñez, a known hacker recently arrested and indicted for his criminal activities. While he openly requests compassion and forgiveness for his criminal partners, he espouses the total ruination of the lives of those his members have entrapped. While he repeatedly states that his organization is working closely with Law Enforcement, he still refuses to reveal exactly which agencies, at the same time partnering his vigilante group with a known criminal organization.

It has become blatantly apparent that Phillip Eide feels that criminal activity is acceptable, as long as it is to his benefit. He has ensured time and time again that people he determines to be criminals, those who the police have already declared innocent are treated with the utmost contempt, all the while praising and supporting known thieves, vandals, and hackers.

Perhaps the expression "It takes one to know one" is appropriate here.
