On Xavier's recent appearance on a Fox News show "Dayside" with Julie Posey (13 Jan 2005) the host, Linda Vester asked Xavier point blank whether or not PJ ever used underaged children for their "work". Xavier's response? A resolute "No".

There is only one very small problem with his answer to Linda Vester - It was a LIE. Xavier HAS and CONTINUES to knowingly employ underaged children to carry out PJ's vigilante work.

The Evidence

Item 1:
PJ Baiter "Satine": Real name - Teala
Satine has been involved in sexually explicit chats with grown men since at least January 1, 2002. That was the date of her first "published" bust. (Seems a little strange, seeing as her "Join Date" is actually later, on 24 Aug. 2002)... You can see an archived copy of the bust here. So what? So she's a just a longtime contributor to PJ, right? But there's one little problem... Her birthdate is July 16, 1985. That would mean that for her first "official" bust for PJ, the first one actually posted on the site, she was 16 years old! Just a few months past 15 years old and Xavier had her "working the chatrooms" like a common whore! Feel free to peruse some of her more graphic busts over at PJ. While reading, be sure to keep in mind that this was barely a 16 year old (and in some cases, likely a 15 year old) girl!

As per her many blog entries, she has obviously had a serious long-term affection for Xavier - One that obviously started long before her first posting on PJ. Her PJ avatar is contains the caption "Mrs. Von Erck". An example from one of her blog postings:

"I had a dream about about AG and PA a few nights ago. It was very odd. For some reason I went to live with them and their townhouse was haunted by a guy man that died in a rubber dinosaur costume."

(AG is Angry German AKA Xavier Von Erk, and PA is Phoebus Apollo, Xavier's sidekick.) So, I believe it would be safe to assume that the "relationship" and her work for Xavier likely began considerably earlier than January 2002, based on Xavier's own words:

From PJ's FAQ: "What are the guidelines used when selecting contributors?"
A. Every contributor is evaluated on the forum for quite a long time before even being thought of as a potential contributor. We want solid, dedicated individuals who aren't in it to do it three times and then quit. We're looking for hardcore quality here. Then, we do a fairly intensive background check, on the person wanting to become a contributor.

This would naturally lead one to believe that Satine was involved with PJ for "quite a long time before even being thought of as a potential contributor". If she was barely 16 when her first bust was posted, how old was she when her "evaluation" started?" In addition - If an "intensive background check" was done, wouldn't one assume that the birthdate of the person being evaluated would be quite well known to the evaluator? Therefore it is likely safe to assume that Xavier knew that Satine was only 15 or 16 years old when he personally approved her to have explicit sexual chats with grown men.

Item 2:
PJ Follow-Up Contributor "Geris" - Real name Noah
Geris was a busy little bee over at PJ. For some evidence of his active participation at PJ surf to:

In the thread above, (one of a number that he participated in), Geris writes "Sent Antiperv's email to the Council High School in Honaker, VA and the public libary". In that same thread is a transcript of a chat which Geris had with the bust in which he swears and tries to intimidate the bust. In another thread, he brags about the fact that he's been phoning busts. It is fairly clear that Geris would be considered a "Follow Up Contributor" or "PJ Volunteer" in the truest sense of the word.

The problem with all this? Geris is a 14 year old boy from Texas, birthdate 16 August 1990!"
For much of his PJ "career", Geris was only 13 years old!! Again, Xavier enlisted the assistance of children to chat sexually with men, and then used even younger children to personally participate in the harassment campaign against people who Xavier is insisting are "dangerous predators"!

Just another PJ harasser, right? Unfortunately, Linnea's birth date is 19 November 1990. Do the math. That makes her 14 years old!! That's right... 14 years old! A little more from one of her blog entries here. And Xavier has this little girl chatting and intimidating busts!

There is considerable evidence of other children participating in PJ's vigilante games. We are currently following up on a number of tips being passed to us by ex-PJers about the potential that there have been other children recruited into becoming sexually promiscuous "pj participants" - Cookiegodess, BatesMotelGirl, Erika... As more hard evidence becomes available, we will make it public in the hope that more and more people will begin to question Xavier's true motives. It is obvious from the evidence from his own website that regardless of what he says, "protecting the children" is evidently pretty low on his priority list. Perhaps he could start protecting children by not using them for his sick vigilante games! He has, on many occasions, suggested "I can't control everyone who participates on behalf of PJ!" - With all of the the apparent PJ expertise being used to track down busts, Xavier should have little difficulty detecting that he is employing 13 year olds!

He lied about having underaged participants. It's time to find out what else he is lying about!
