Corrupted-Justice Article

Over the course of the last 3 years of our existence, there have been many instances where many of our members and even some of our staff have slowly drifted away from active involvement in the cause against the vigilante group perverted-justice.com.

Whether a result of boredom at being constantly being subjected to the same continuous perverted-justice/Chris Hansen stupidity or whether through a conscious effort to take a breather from the overwhelming hatred and redneck ignorance that drives the members of the vigilante group, there is a natural tendency for all of us to allow our passion and strong opposition to this dangerous group of infantile vigilantes to wane over time.

Then the owner and self-proclaimed "Director of Operations" of perverted-justice.com goes and does something so utterly, inexplicably, awe-inspiringly stupid, one finds oneself irretrievably sucked, kicking and screaming, back into the mind-numbing black hole of intelligence that is perverted-justice.com.

The Setup

A recent posting was made by a 15-year old boy on one of the many Internet blogs and websites critical of perverted-justice's vigilante tactics. In this posting, this boy suggested that the members of his group should orchestrate an organized effort to use up a significant portion of perverted-justice's bandwidth. The practice, known as "bandwidth leeching" is generally orchestrated by a group of people who create a number of accounts at the intended target site, then simultaneously begin downloading graphics from the site, thereby using up valuable bandwidth and if done by a large enough group, potentially temporarily disabling the web server.

Upon being informed by another 15-year-old of the nefarious plot being suggested by this teen-aged boy, Xavier Von Erck's vigilante machine immediately swung into action. Rather than contacting police, their hosting company, Internet security professionals, etc., Von Erck, in a perfect example of his typically sophomoric response to such things, initiates a "call to action" against those he has decided are responsible. Von Erck decides to orchestrate a harassment-attack - not on the boy who suggested the leech-attack on perverted-justice - but against the 18-year-old owner of the blog upon which the suggestion was posted.

Blatant terrorization of innocent people

So there's this website that wants to invade us, right?
And we find out about it, put up our security walls and it's all good. After all, people have tried forum invasions against us before. When we first started, websites tried to invade us. Fortunately for us, I know what is effective when it comes to squelching forum invasions. I've done them myself to racist websites and the like prior to starting PeeJ. They're easily squelched.

So, pretty stupid and not worth mentioning, right?

Well, sometimes I get a little annoyed. Anyways, the owner of this website is named Kirt, and we have his phone number. xxx-xxx-xxxx. He knows all about this impending attempt by his little mutants to invade our site. That's his number. If you get bored and wish to make a phone call today, he'll end up answering. Just block your number, don't make any physical threats or do anything illegal.

The guy runs a website that he opens up to all sorts of the internet's scummier classes, people into drawn child porn, bandwidth leechers, etc. I think he'd like some phone calls about it, really. Hell, his posters want to come here and post drawn child porn, so I'm sure he deserves his phone ringing off the hook.

Xavier Von Erck is now calling for the active harassment by telephone of the person who owns some website where a 15-year-old boy has suggested a leech-attack against perverted-justice.com. As if the initiation of personal harassment weren't repugnant enough, with each additional post in the thread, the true colors of the owner, staff and members of perverted-justice begin to shine through.

Senior PJ staffers and members begin to participate in ceaseless IMs, e-mails and phone calls directed at "Kirt", the 18-year-old owner of the website. Please keep in mind - "Kirt" has done nothing at this point but own the website. Longtime perverted-justice members Duncan Hines, Montery Jack, Wendy, E.L. Fudge and many more begin to post messages in the PJ forum bragging about their harassment tactics.

Xavier Von Erck now steps up the attack to a level beyond anything any of us could even imagine - He has tracked down, and begins attacking "Kirt's" MOTHER!!!

His father doesn't like him, we have his father's phone number and details but why bother the guy when he hates his son, rightfully? "Kirt" is Aubrey XXXXX , he lives with his mother. His mother's name is Noreen. You should ask him to put her on the line. I have a lot of info on his mother and we'll see whether I feel the need to release all of it.

As a result of the harassing e-mails "Kirt's" mother begins receiving, she e-mails Xavier with the following request to please stop the harassment:

Thank you for your email. For your information my son is not a pedophile nor is he immature. He is doing nothing illegal while you, sir, harass and bother him after he has told you time and time again, politely and with patience, that he is not involved with this so called attack, that it happened spontaneously over which he has no control. Please do not contact me nor him again.

You do understand that he owns and administrates 420chan, correct? That means that anything posted on his server he can control. He himself encouraged his posters to try to attack us. Why should we feel any empathy towards him or you? He could have stopped the quasi-"attack" at any moment.

You do realize that we've already done our research and in one day have found out more than enough to publicize both he and you in ways you guys can't even imagine, right?

Anyways, I'm not harassing you at all. I'm just trying to have a conversation. If you REALLY don't want ME to email again, feel free to confirm that and I won't. The mother is a legitimate target. I informed her POLITELY in email about this. She basically told me to jump off a rock. Just because it gets "real" for her doesn't mean I feel any sympathy. Her internet is paying for her son's stupidity and she hides her head in the sand about it.

Sure, no reason to be mean to her, but no reason not to make contact if you so wish.

He won't answer his phone anymore? What? No more tough talk? Awwzor.

PJ members have been up all night now - Phoning Aubrey and his mother, e-mailing, IMing, signing them up for spam subscriptions, etc. 6 complete pages of posts are made in the perverted-justice forum thread, all bragging about how each PJ regular is contributing to the harassment.

One senior PJer posts an ad on Craigslist - a website with hundreds of thousands of regular viewers - pretending to be Noreen and publicly posting a sexually-charged message containing her phone number with a solicitation to call her at all hours of the day or night. God I'm amused. It's awesome to see we still can do this sort of thing better than anyone. This thread may have single-handedly cured my burnout factor.

Not content with the current efforts at terrorizing these completely innocent people, PJ member "Shadow Watcher" now begins efforts to have FLYERS distributed in their neighborhood! Again, remember now - "Kirt" merely owns the website where a 15-year-old posted a suggested bandwidth leech-attack on perverted-justice. Noreen is the site-owner's mother, who had absolutely nothing to do with any of this, and now they are suggesting accusatory flyers?!

I have many many friends in TOronto, they have volunteered to put out flyers. I asked X if he wanted that done, and he said not yet, (to wait and see if the shit stops tonight.)

Someone may want to go ahead and start making a NON-THREATENING INFORMATION ONLY flier that they can email to me. I will email it to the leader of the group that agreed to pass these out. There are enough people to cover all major businesses and a ten block radius of his home and work.

I have spoken with some of them, and they are all happy to do it. It seems NO ONE likes pedophile pranksters. Many of them have children, but all have a child in the family.

Please make sure the flyer is factual, these people are professionals and known, but will stand with Peej because it is the right thing to do. Remember - information only.

I await Xavier's command but I still hope you have fun with it!

After two full days of harassment and terrorization of a completely innocent 18 year old webmaster and his mother, after literally pages and pages of bragging and descriptions of the terrorization tactics used by perverted-justice members, one member of perverted-justice's upper echelon finally convinced Von Erck that they were engaged in completely unacceptable behavior that was far too revealing of how perverted-justice does business. Von Erck then locks down and moves the thread in order to cover up the true bloodthirsty nature of this vigilante group.

Okay guys, we have a rule amongst administration that if one of us aren't on board with something, we don't do it. One of our administrators is not on board with fighting back against these mutants in that way so we will lock this down and continue to delete their trolling attempts.

Still, my personal opinion was great job guys. We sit and take a lot of garbage online without swinging back. Nice to see that you guys have it in you to go take a swing back.

The people touted as "professionals" by MSNBC's "Dateline" program. The people who insist that their aim is to "protect" people. The people who regularly state that they do not condone harassment.
